Delivery
Glitz and bits ships to the UK.
Most items will be dispatched within 2-3 days; & are dispatched first class within the UK, & airmail within Europe.
Postage is free on any purchase to UK, & Europe customers.
Returns
We ask that customers return items to us within 7 days of receipt if they wish to return an item.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
We do ask that you are careful when trying on our items. The returned item must be in a resellable condition in order for us to give you a full refund. Partial refunds or credit notes may be given in certain cases.
Please write a note with the reason for return and enclose it with your parcel. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address as stated in your order, within 7 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Faulty items
Please note that we thoroughly check all items before dispatch, if however you do receive a faulty item from us you can return it for an exchange or a full refund.
Parcels returned by post office
If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Royal Mail, for example you gave us an incorrect address or failed to collect your parcel, you will have to pay for the return of your parcel. For International orders you will have to pay the exact delivery amount, please note this could be more than the standard overseas shipping fee.
