Q) What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following cards via PayPal:
Solo, Switch, Mastercard, Visa, American express as well as Paypal payments & e-cheques.

Q) How much do you charge for postage?

Postage is free on all orders no matter how little or how much you order.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

At the time Glitz and bits currently ships within the UK and Europe, if you wish to place an order elsewhere please contact us.

Q) How long do orders take to be dispatched?

A) We aim to ship all orders within 7 days. If items from your order are out of stock we will contact you to notify you of any possible delay.

Q) Do you accept exchanges?

If you are unhappy with the item or is faulty we will gladly exchange it. If the item is no longer in stock we will refund you for your item.

Q) Do you accept returns?

If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

We do ask that you are careful when trying on our items. The returned item must be in a resellable condition in order for us to give you a full refund. Partial refunds or credit notes may be given in certain cases.

Please write a note with the reason for return and enclose it with your parcel. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address as stated in your order, within 7 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
